Model Local Rule "E". Adopted on August 31, 2026 by the Board of Directors: Fulton Country Club adopts the optional Local Rule (Model Local Rule "E") to drop the ball in the fairway near where it went out-of-bounds, no closer to the hole, with a two-stroke penalty, instead of going back to the original spot. The purpose of this Local Rule is to allow a Committee (Board) to provide an extra relief option that allows a player to play on without returning to the location of the previous stroke.
