Board of Directors Meeting	
Oct. 11, 2006

President Bielenberg called the meeting to order.

Present at meeting were: Bielenberg, Housenga, Harmon, Rolfes, Van Zuiden, Winkel.
Absent: Doughty

New Board Members elected were Ken Schrader, Steve Workman, Linda Gilbert (all present)

Motion was made to elect Bielenberg (President) Housenga (V.P.) Van Zuiden (Secretary) 
motion passed.

Nominating committee for next years prospective board members will be: Al Knutsen, 
Darrell Schmidt, Chuck Miller, Irene Mungen.

President Bielenberg requested that members come to next regular meeting with their 
requests for which committee(s) they wish to serve on.

Prairie grass area due to get planted about Nov. 1st by Al Huen.

Housenga to get prices from Farm & Fleet on chain link fencing supplies.
