Fulton Country Club
Board Meeting                    

A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fulton Country Club was
 called on June 6, 2007. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss an 
employee’s job performance. All Board members were present and by voice vote agreed to a waiver of notice for a special meeting so business could be conducted.

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. and was adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
