Fulton Country Club Board Meeting
November 27, 2007


     The November meeting was held at FCC Clubhouse and was called to order by 
Pres. Bielenberg at 6:30 P.M.

     Members Present:  S. Workman, R. Bielenberg, J.Harmon, D. Doughty, K. Schrader,
M. Heusinkveld, A. Housenga, L. Gilbert and G. Rolfes.  All members were present.

     Upon motion and approval the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

     The financial report was presented by Rich Winkel.  The financial status of the Club 
remains sound and without financial concerns.  The motion was made and approved that 
the financial statement be approved.

     Copies of the various committee members for 2008 was distributed by Pres. Bielenberg.

     GROUNDS & GREENS Committee Report:
     Presented by:  M. Heusinkveld:

     1)   Work continues on the north fence.
     2)   An ash tree inventory has been completed.
     3)   Snow mold is to applied this week
     4)   Twelve trees were planted at a cost of $1312.00.
     5)   A tree was donated by member Stan Wytral, in memory of his son.

     BAR & PRO SHOP Committee Report:
     Presented by:  R. Bielenberg

     1)   A cleaning inspection was done by the Committee last Tuesday.  There was a 
           definite  improvement in cleanliness as compared to last season.

     2)   Another inspection will be performed after the Christmas party.

     BUILDING:

     1)   There again was discussion of the cart sheds in need of major repair.
     2)   It was determined that a decision will be made in the spring of what action will be 
           Taken.
     3)  Jeff Harmon continues to secure price quotes.

      Upon discussion the motion was made by D. Doughty to increase the cart shed fees from 
$125.00 to $150.00 for the 2008 season.  The motion was seconded by M. Heusinkveld.   
The motion carried.  

     The meeting was adjourned and proceeded into a closed session.

     There is never a scheduled meeting for December.  The next scheduled meeting will be 
Jan. 29, 2008 at Gary Rolfes’ office.
