Minutes of Board of Directors Fulton Country Club

May 27th, 2008

     The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for Fulton Country Club 
was held at the Club on May 27th, 2008 at 6:30 P.M.  Present at the meeting were as 
follows: Richard Bielenberg, Jeff Harmon, Ken Schrader, Arnie Housenga, Gary Rolfes, 
and Linda Gilbert.  Those absent were:  Steve Workman, Mike Heusenkveld and Don Doughty.  

     The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as written.  

     Rich Winkel of Clifton Gunderson, LLP presented a “preliminary” financial statement. 
 A final report will be made after a minor discrepancy is resolved.

Committee Reports:

Sports:  No Report

Grounds & Greens:  Ken Schrader reported that there was a good turn out for the 
May 12th work day.  A thank you to all volunteers !   The z-trak has been repaired and
 is functioning well.  The spraying around trees and application of mulch continues.  
It is planned to apply additional rock to the cart paths.  Jerry Smith has returned and 
will begin work today.  Trouble with the sprayer was reported, it needs a new pump.  
The clean-up work on #1 fence  line continues.  

Building:  The replacement of the cart shed roof is in progress.  The chemical shed and 
12 sheds have been completed.  

Pro Shop:  Kathy and Pat have completed the food sanitation course.

Old & New Business:  None to report.

     A request was made for funding by the Club for the t-box flower pots.  The motion was
 made, seconded and approved that $125.00 be allotted for that expense.

     The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.

     The next regular scheduled meeting will be June 24th, 2008 at the clubhouse.
