Rolfes to approve the minutes as presented, minutes were approved. > > Custom Pak has agreed to move their playday to avoid the conflict in scheduling between them and the Heusinkfeld reunion. > > Grounds and Greens committee report: > We have received a $300.00 rebate from the Chemicals Company. > The Grass bunkers are starting to fill in OK. > Lloyd Mohr is donating a bench as a memorial. > The fence has been removed by the cart shed. > The cost for a split rail fence will be about $1500.00. > > House Committee: > Bielenberg reported that receipts from Taco Tuesday are down. We are going to try putting the meat back out on the table to see if that will improve the attendance. > There will be no freebies on pop. > > Treasurer R.Winkle presented the financial statement. Motion made by G. Rolfes to accept the report. Seconded by J. Harmon. Treasurer's was accepted. > > The Otten's have requested an additional 19 carts for their memorial. Harris will charge $26.00 per cart, and QC Carts will charge $22.00 per cart. Based on Previous experience with QC carts furnishing us with dirty carts we decided to go with Harris. The Ottens will pay us $30.00 per cart. > > Jack Pringle will replace Moe Asaadi on the house committee. > > J. VanZuiden will submit a proposal for a by law change to eliminate the Clergy Membership. This will be submitted for the annual meeting. > > > > J. VanZuiden expressed some concerns: > Complaints on the dress code. > With the carts scattered around the clubhouse, what if we needed to call an ambulance, could it get on the course? > Age restrictions. > > A clarification of the age rule is: No one under the age of 8 allowed on the course. > Parents with younger children are encouraged to bring their children to the driving range and the putting green to teach them some fundamentals. > Children age 5 and up are allowed on the driving range and putting green when accompanied by a parent. > > The etiquette rules and By laws are posted on the web site www.fultoncc.com. > > G.
