> The minutes were presented by Secretary C. Kerr:
>  Moved by J. VanZuiden, seconded by A. Housenga to approve the minutes as
presented, minutes were approved.

> Sports Committee:  A. Housenga
> The Calcutta is scheduled for August 19th and 20th.
> A.Housenga requested permission to bar a member who withdrew early.
>
> Terry Sikkema is the 2006 Club Champion.
>
> Men's stag will be $20.00 for members, and $30.00 for non-members.
>
> Motion made by D. Doughty to use $500.00 from the sale of 2 reels for seed
> money for the stag.
> Seconded by J. VanZuiden.
> Motion carried.

> Building Committee: J. Harmon.
> Some shingles were blown off in the last storm.
> We need to install handicap rails in the women's restroom.

> Pro-shop:  B. Berner.
>
> The women were questioning the difference in price between their lunches
and those on couples night.

> Kathy complained that some women playing cards were bringing desserts,
demanding to be served popcorn and glasses of water.
>
> Our policy is not to serve tables.
>
> Bielenberg instructed Betty to meet with the women, and resolve these
matters.
>
> Kurt reported that there is an Emerald Ash Bore that is infecting the Ash
trees on the coarse.  We have 40-50 Ash trees on our course, that will have
to be replaced in the next 5-7 years.

> D. Doughty moved that we spend approximately $1500.00 / year to plant new
trees, budget permitting.
> Seconded by J. Harmon.
