A sign will be made that no one under the age of 21 is allowed to sit at the bar. > > The Randy Heusinkvelt Tournament is not a fund raiser, but rather a memorial to Randy's memory. > Members will pay $30.00 entry fee. Non-members will pay the $30.00 entry fee, and $25.00 for green fees and cart. > > There will be a 9:00 AM Shotgun start. The course will not be closed. > Terry Dellit moved to charge non-members $25.00 for green fees and cart. > Arnie Housenga seconded the motion. > Motion carried with Jerry VanZuiden opposed. > > Building Committee Report by Jeff Harmon: > A bid of $90.00 was received to patch the shingles on the clubhouse roof. > We need to analyze the cart sheds. > > Arnie Housenga was asked to join the Food and Clubhouse committee. > > The Financial Report was submitted by Rich Winkle. > Jerry VanZuiden moved to accept the report, seconded by Arnie Housenga. > The financial report was approved. > > October 11th is set as the annual meeting and election. > Board members whose term will expire are Chuck Kerr, Terry Dellit, and Jack Pringle. > > The Custom Pack play day is set for September 9th. We need an additional 7 carts. > > Al Heun will disk the area where the prairie grass will be seeded. > The High School has be rescheduled for September 18th. > > Arnie Housenga move to set September 30th, 2006 as the cutoff for allowing refusals to be placed at the end of the membership list. After that they will be advised that they will have to reapply. > Seconded by Jerry VanZuiden. > Motion carried. > > Heather Bennett approached Arnie about the club joining the Chamber of Commerce.
