We plan to have it done in late October or early November. The bids ranged from $6,000 to $10,000. Doughty made a motion to give Jeff Harmon the authority to review the bids with the "power to act", seconded by Housenga, motion carried. Schrader presented various proposals for replacing the "100 oldest cart sheds" because they are in need of a lot of repairs. One bid was for 100 individual stalls with doors for $129,000. Another was for one large building with two large doors (250' length by 32' wide) for $55,000. Neither of the bids included any excavation or electrical prices. After much discussion it was tabled until the next meeting. Al Debo made a presentation about installing a concrete cart path from #5 tee box around behind #4 green over to #8 tee box area, up to ladies tee area. Would require some volunteer help, some lumber for forms and concrete. AI had it figured we could do it for around $4,000 (concrete price only). He said he could do the finish work on the concrete. After some discussion it was tabled until next meeting. Bar & Pro-Shop Committee: Linda Gilbert is now the chairperson of the Bar & Pro-Shop Committee. Beer was raised to $10 a six-pack for carry out. Carry out beer is to be consumed on the course or outside of the Clubhouse, not inside. Inside sales remain at $2.00 a can.
