> A special thanks for all volunteers for 2006.

> Projects for 2007 include investigating renovations to the menâ?Ts rest
room, similar to the renovations of the womenâ?Ts rest room.

> Kurt explained the tree replacement program further.
> The Prairie Grass project was explained.
> Fencing along #1 fairway was discussed.

> Rich Winkle presented the financial report.
> Gary Rolfes moved to accept the report.  Jerry VanZuiden seconded the
motion.
> The report was accepted as presented.

> Kurt gave his report.
> Kurt presented his annual award to the volunteers, with the flag being
posted in the Pro Shop.
> He asked for projects for the 2007 Season.
> A request for more benches on the course was made.
> A question was raised why he was asking for new projects when he had not
finished the projects he has going now.  Kurt explained that those projects
would be finished before starting any new projects, and because of the
excessive summer heat that caused the course problems, he had let them slide
to work on saving the fairways.

> A lengthy discussion on the condition of the course then proceeded,
producing several comments from the membership attending.

> The meeting was adjourned at 8:30, with a meeting of the new board for the
purpose of electing the new officers and committees.
