We will be seeking estimates for these repairs. The fence along the road was damaged by a car. We are seeking estimates for this also. New Buisness There have been allot of cancellations for recent events ( particularly couples night ). This causes a problem because Kathy has to order food by Tuesday so if allot of people cancel we end up with extra food. The board is looking into a solution such as paying in advance. The new standing rules were reviewed by the board and approved. They are in effect as of Aug. 25, 2009. The new rules will be posted in the clubhouse. The meeting was adjourned, the next scheduled meeting will be Sep. 29, 2009 Respectfully submitted, Steve Workman |
