MINUTES OF FULTON BOARD OF DIRECTORS FULTON COUNTRY CLUB JUNE 30, 2009
	The regular scheduled meeting of the Fulton Country Club Board of Directors was held at the club on June. 30, 2009. Present at the meeting were K. Scharader, P. Hamstra,   J. Utroska, Arnie Housenga, D.Doughty, J. Hlubek, J. Harmon and L. Gilbert. Absent was S. Workman. The meeting was called to order by Pres. Arnie Housenga. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as written. The financial report was given by R. Winkel, C.P.A.. The club remains financially sound. Grounds And Greens See attached list posted at the club. The condition of the par 3 t-boxes have definitely improved since the signs requesting "No Practice Swings" were put in place. Sports The Club Championship and Junior Championship sign-up sheets are posted. Building There are some loose shingles to be repaired from the recent storm. Bar and Pro Shop The additional computer for the Pro-Shop use has been purchased and is in place. New Buisness It is now occurring, especially on the weekends, that all 17 of the golf carts are out on the course. A discussion ensued concerning the possible need for the purchase of additional carts. Harris will charge $575.00 for a one year lease.
