See Josh Boone's attached list posted at club.
There was a lengthy discussion concerning balls entering the prarie grass area. It was determined that if a ball enters this area it will be considered a lateral hazard and a one stroke penalty will be assessed. There will be a "Keep Out" sign made for this area.
It is also requested that golfers refrain from taking practice swings on the par 3 holes. The tee boxes are suffering from divots taken.

Building
The new water system was placed in service last Thursday. The Whiteside Co. Health Dept. will sample the water again this week. At this point there will be no drinking water available on the course.
J. Harmon also reported on the purchase of an additional computer for the Pro-Shop use. The purchase should be made for less than $1100.00 including necessary components.
Also discussed was the problem on trying to keep the range balls reasonably clean.

It was reported that Randy Law insurance agency will reduce the insurance premium with no change in coverage, to $7200.00 from $8500.00. The motion was made, seconded and carried that the Club retain coverage with this agency.
