MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
                            FULTON COUNTRY CLUB
                                April 26 2011



The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order by
Pres. Housenga at 6:30 P.M.  Members present were L. Lewis, A. Housenga, J.
Diesch, D. Doughty, S. Workman, J. Utroska, J. Hlubek, P. Hamstra, R. Winkel
C.P.A
Absent: B. Fritz.

Minutes of the March 2011 meeting were approved as read on a motion by Doughty
and a second by Lewis.

The financial report was given by C.P.A. Winkel and was approved as read on a
motion by Lewis and a second by Workman.

GROUNDS AND GREENS:
Josh Boone reported these items being done in April.
 1. Applied all Crabgrass and weed preventer  to tees and fairways.
 2. Applied seed head control on greens for poa.
 3. Added sand to some bunkers.
 4. Marked all stumps to be removed as soon as the ground dries.
Things to do in May
 1. Have Spencer grade behind #2 green and #3 tee.
 2. Aerify greens and some tees with deep aerification on May 6th.
 3. Spray wetting agent on greens.
 4. Spray Broadleaf control on course

BUILDING AND GROUNDS:
 Still working on bids for cart shed work.

SPORTS:
  Nothing new

HOUSE:
 The roof on the pump house has a leak and needs attention.

OLD BUSINESS:
 New Z Trac is here and in use.

NEW BUSINESS:
 Some price increases will be needed to keep up with our product increased cost.
