MINUTES OF FULTON BOARD OF DIRECTORS FULTON COUNTRY CLUB NOVEMBER 24, 2009
	The regular scheduled meeting of the Fulton Country Club Board of Directors was held on Nov. 24, 2009. Board Members present at the meeting were L. Lewis, J. Utroska, A. Housenga,  P. Hamstra, S. Workman, and B. Fritz. Absent were members D.Doughty, J. Harmon  and J. Hlubek. The meeting was called to order by Pres. Arnie Housenga. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as written. The financial report was given by R. Winkel and was approved. Mr. Winkel stated our Club was in very good shape compared to other Clubs in the area. Grounds And Greens Josh Boone's report stated the carts were winterized. Snow mold was applied. The new prairie grass area has been seeded and 9 new trees have been planted. New Buisness The Christmas party will be held on Dec. 5th. The previous few years has shown a drop in member attendance. The Clubhouse will be closed after the Christmas party and winterized for the year. There was a motion and second to give bonus's to both Josh and Kathy for their extra efforts to keep the Club profitable and looking good this past year. Old Buisness There was a lengthy discussion about the recent changes in the Standing Rules. The Board has made additions and corrections and the new Standing Rules will be mailed to the membership along with their 2010 dues notices. The current and updated By Laws will be posted on the bulletin board in the Clubhouse for all the membership to read and review. The By Laws will also be posted on our club website in the near future. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Jack Utroska-Sec.
