FULTON COUNTRY CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OCTOBER 14, 2009
	New Board members Leonard Lewis and Brad Fritz were welcomed to the Board. Board elections were held with Arnie Housenga elected president and Steve Workman was elected vice president. Jack Utroska was elected Secretary. The firm of Winkel, Parker and Foster will be retained as our financial advisors and Treasurer. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M. Respectfully submitted, J.
