MINUTES OF FULTON BOARD OF DIRECTORS FULTON COUNTRY CLUB October 26, 2009
	The regular scheduled meeting of the Fulton Country Club Board of Directors was held at the Club on Oct. 26, 2009. Board members present were L. Lewis, P. Hamstra, B. Fritz, J. Hlubeck, J. Utroska and A. Housenga , absent board members were S. Workman, J. Harmon and D. Doughty. The meeting was called to order by Pres. Housenga. The minutes of the Organizational meeting were read and approved as written. The financial report was given by R. Winkel, C.P.A. and was approved. Grounds and Greens The report from Josh Boone was read and approved. The irrigation lines will be blown out for the winter on Nov. 4th. Old Business Utroska asked for some more discussion on our Standing Rules and some possible revisions before sending out to our membership. After some discussion it was decided to table any revisions until our Nov. meeting. New Business We need to buy our new trees for fall planting by this weekend.
