MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
                              FULTON COUNTRY CLUB
                                  MAY 25, 2010



The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 25th 
 2010. Board members present were: L. Lewis, J. Hlubek, A. Housenga, P. Hamstra,
D. Doughty, J. Harmon, J. Utroska, R. Winkel. Absent were: S. Workman, B.Fritz.

The meeting was called to order by Pres. Housenga at 6:30 P.M.  The minutes of 
the April meeting were approved as read. Motion by Doughty and second by Lewis.

The financial report was given by R. Winkel. Financial standings for the 
beginning of the year look very good. Report approved on a motion by Hlubek, 
and a second by Hamstra.

GROUNDS AND GREENS
Started to spray Round-Up by trees and fence area, also spraying the clover areas.
New tractor arrived and is working very well.
Had Foley do stump removal.
Aerified, top dressed, and verticut the greens with lots of volunteer help. 
Those helping were Howard Johnston, Don Doughty, Al Knutsen, Bruce Austin, 
Darrell Schmidt, Bob Taylor, George VanKampen, Chuck Miller, Jack Utroska. A 
big thank you goes out to these people.
Lots of comments about the rough being cut at just the right height. Lets keep it that height .
Things to do in June:
Fill stump holes with dirt.
Check the light green Pin Oak on #9 right side and give it some iron.
Cut branches that are hanging down on a few trees around the course.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS
Shed work still in progress.

OLD BUSINESS
None

NEW BUSINESS
Put some black top along edge of flower bed by the club house.
The price issue for the womens play day was discussed. It was decided this was 
an issue that could be handled by the Club Manager with the full backing of the Board.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M. on motion by Doughty and second by Hlubek.
