MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
                            FULTON COUNTRY CLUB
                                APRIL 27 2010         



 The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors was held on April 27th
 2010. Board members present were, A. Housenga, P. Hamstra, L. Lewis, J.Harmon,
 B.Fritz, S.Workman, J. Utroska. Absent were, J. Hlubek, D. Doughty.

 The meeting was called to order by Pres. Housenga at 6:30 P.M. The minutes of
 the March meeting were read and approved with corrections made. Motion by
 Lewis second by Fritz.
 The financial report for March was given by Housenga and approved with a
 motion by Hamstra and seconded by Fritz.

 GROUNDS and GREENS

 New sprayer is up and running. Sold the old sprayer.
 Added mulch to flower beds and ball washer areas.
 Started spraying for weeds and clover.
 Tractor broke down.
 New top dresser should arrive soon.
 Cut down small trees and tall grass behind # 2 tee box.
 Fertilized tees and greens.

 OLD BUSINESS
 Building and Grounds reported the repair to the cart sheds is still in the
 planning stages.
 We have 20 carts leased for the year.
 Ordered more range balls.

 NEW BUSINESS
 The club business has been very good for the early start of 2010.
 Purchased a new fryer for the downstairs cooking area.
 Couples night starts this Friday.
 Mens day is in full swing.
 Membership is full.
 Waiting list is at 110 as of this date.
 Ordered a new tractor,and it should be here in the next few days. 
 It was determined that the old tractor was not repairable. Best we 
 could guess the old tractor was a 1980 something?

 Meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M. on a motion by Hamstra and second by Lewis.
