MINUTES OF FULTON BOARD OF DIRECTORS FULTON COUNTRY CLUB March 30, 2010
	The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Mar. 30, 2010. Present at the meeting were J. Utroska, Arnie Housenga, P. Hamstra, B. Fritz, D.Doughty, J. Hlubek and J. Harmon. Absent were S. Workman and L. Lewis. The meeting was called to order by Pres. Arnie Housenga. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with corrections made. The financial report was given by R. Winkel C.P.A. and approved as reported. Grounds And Greens Cut down three trees. Burnt off prarie grass. Airified fairways and tee boxes. Crabgrass preventer applied. Started up watering systems, Put sand in some bunkers. Burnt tree line and fence line. Painted all ballwashers, bagstands and still working on painting trash cans. Asking board to purchase a sprayer that is available from Valley Oaks. Old Buisness Brad Fritz reported all but one of the hole signs have been ordered and paid for. We still need one new sponsor. Pres. Housenga reported that the old beverage cart has been sold making more room in the cart shed. On a motion made by Doughty and second by Harmon the club purchased five used carts at a cost of $1750.00 per cart. We now have 25 carts as rentals. New Buisness We are finding that many cart sheds need repair and are asking cart shed renters to report to us what needs to be repaired (doors, hinges, etc.) so we can make a list that we can work from. On a motion by Hamstra and second by Harmon it was approved to buy a sprayer at a cost of $12000.00. Brad Fritz reported that we could double our Insurance coverage from $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 with a $300.00 increase in our premium. On a motion by Fritz and a second by Hlubek the motion was approved. There was a discussion about making Senior tees. Due to the limited amount of requests  the issue was dropped.    The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Jack Utroska Sec.
